By accessing our website or utilizing the services of Siddhi Vinayak Assay Center, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Overview

We provide gold valuation, direct gold buying, and gold loan settlement services. Our live rates are updated according to the market, but final valuation is determined after physical verification and purity testing via our German XRF technology.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older. A valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and actual ownership documents for the pledged gold are mandatory for any transaction.

3. Purity & Valuation

The final payout amount will be calculated based on the actual purity and net weight of the gold after melting/testing. Stone weights and impurities are deducted from the gross weight.

4. Payments

Payments are executed immediately via Bank Transfer, RTGS, NEFT, or IMPS after mutual agreement on the valuation.
